
Versatile Wins BGIS 2025, GodLike Finishes Second
Versatile’ won the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2025. Led by ‘Saumraj’ as captain, this experienced team played incredibly well during the Grand Finals and lifted the trophy in style. They scored ‘169 points’ with the help of ‘three Chicken Dinners’ and won a cash prize of ‘₹69.6 lakh’.
Team GodLike secured the second place with 152 points and one Chicken Dinner. Admino won the tournament MVP, and Jonathan won Finals MVP and Fan Favourite Player. GodLike was rewarded with ₹37.2 lakh.
The BGIS 2025 had a total prize pool of ₹3.2 crore. Grand Finals were held between April 25 to April 27 in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Krafton also announced that the BMPS 2025 competition will start from May 22, 2025.

Orangutan Gaming also did a good job and took the third spot with 143 points and three Chicken Dinners. Their captain, Aaru, helped them earn ₹26 lakh as prize money.
‘Reckoning Esports’, captained by ‘Gravity’ , took fourth place. Though they had some poor games on the last day, they earned ‘₹19.8 lakh’. ‘True Rippers’, with ‘Jelly’ as their captain, took fifth place and earned ‘₹16.7 lakh’.
‘SOA Esports’, a dark horse team, placed sixth. ‘Cincinnati Kids’ and ‘Medal Esports’ placed seventh and eighth. ‘FS Esports’ fell to ninth after a poor performance on Day 3.
‘Team Soul’ performed badly in the tournament, finishing 15th with only ’72 points’ from 18 games. ‘Hades H4K’ finished last with ’41 points’
